Dave Buxton has been a lighting cameraman and editor for Sky Sports, BBC, Forces TV, and many other broadcasters and corporations. He has international location experience filming throughout the world - onboard a Navy warship, diamond production in China, aerial gas pipeline filming in Argentina, anti-piracy filming with the FBI in Miami, and most recently the FIFA World Cup in Russia 2018. He has worked on a huge variety of programmes from the first Ali G Show and Strictly Come Dancing to covering 4 FIFA World Cups, 2 British & Irish Lions Tours, several England cricket tours to the Caribbean, India, Bangladesh and South Africa, the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand, 2 European Championships, The Players golf in Florida, and cycling in Majorca for Sky Sports.    

Dave has a regular contract to provide camera and editing for Sky Sports. He also works regularly for BBC News and with a variety of corporate clients and Production Companies offering many years of experience, creativity and professionalism to enhance a large range of video projects from web to broadcast. 

 
 
 
 
 

He has made short films and documentaries dealing with subjects ranging from the rescue of migrants fleeing Libya from on board HMS Bulwark for Forces TV to following the life of an Outside Broadcast producer working on a major international boxing event for Sky Sports Box Office, and a feature documentary on the life of former England football manager, Roy Hodgson, for the History Channel. 

We operate a variety of cameras including P2, XDCAM, FS7 upto 4K, A7ii, 5Diii, GoPros with full sound and light support, track, slider, grip etc. We regularly edit for clients, particularly Sky Sports News, using Adobe Premiere Pro and complete mobile editing solutions.
